Saimoon – Kitty “Graham” Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 c. bran
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1 c. barley flour
  • 3 c. wheat flour
  • 1 pt. liquid
  • 2 tb. molasses
  • 2 tb. fat
  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 yeast cake softened in
  • 1/4 c. lukewarm water

Directions:

Follow the general rules for mixing, as given in the Standard Cat Bread recipe, combining the bran and corn meal with the sifted barley and wheat flours. A little more wheat flour may be needed to make a dough stiff enough to handle.
